Oxford Pack

Situated in Oxford, Oxfordshire, the aforenamed Oxford Pack is one of the oldest-standing packs in the area. Unfortunately, it is also recovering from a nationwide scandal involving the trafficking of omegas.
The new leader, James Webb, seems to be the right choice by the pack, as rather than focusing on the past, they are now looking to the future, in which they are a pack that helps, not harms.

A/N:
This is an open-world collab, like my other two worlds, feel free to hit me up about joining in!

Pack Governance and Code of Conduct

This pack is built on the foundations of trust, safety, and mutual respect. These rules are established to ensure the well-being and harmony of all members, creating a safe haven where everyone can thrive.

Pack Governance

1. Leadership Structure:
• The pack is led by the Pack Alpha, who holds ultimate responsibility for the pack's safety, governance, and overall well-being.
•The Beta(s) act as advisors to the Alpha and assist in day-to-day administration, conflict resolution, and coordination of pack activities.
• The Omega Council consists of elected omegas who ensure the voices of omegas are heard and play a critical role in decisions impacting the pack's culture and safety.
2. Decision-Making Process:
• Major decisions affecting the pack, including amendments to the rules, resource allocation, or external alliances, require input from the leadership team and, where applicable, a vote by the pack.
• Decisions are made through a majority vote among the leadership, with the Alpha holding the right to veto if the decision endangers the pack.
3. Council Meetings:
• Regular leadership meetings are held to discuss pack matters, address grievances, and propose new initiatives.
• Open pack meetings are scheduled monthly, allowing all members to voice concerns, ask questions, and propose ideas.
4. Roles and Responsibilities:
Pack Alpha: Ensures the enforcement of pack rules, oversees admissions, and represents the pack in external matters.
Beta(s): Assists the Alpha in administrative tasks, mediates disputes, and organizes training or education programs.
Omega Council: Advocates for omegas' rights and well-being, provides input on new members, and helps maintain a supportive environment.
Pack Members: Every member is responsible for contributing to the pack's harmony, following the rules, and participating in communal tasks.
5. Accountability:
• Leadership is accountable to the pack and must act in its best interest at all times.
• A leadership review can be called if at least 25% of the pack members submit a formal petition citing concerns about governance.
6. Emergency Leadership Protocols:
• In the event the Alpha is incapacitated or absent, the highest-ranking Beta assumes temporary leadership.
• If no Beta is available, the Omega Council may appoint an interim leader until the Alpha returns or a new leader is chosen.

Pack Leadership

James Webb

Pack Alpha

Whilst his name is nationally known, James would rather be seen as the man he is: just a guy who enjoys his video games and looking out for others. As Pack Alpha, all decisions have to go through him, with the exception of the omega's rights to veto any choice he makes.

Ryan Armstrong

Pack Beta

The head of our betas is the creative and clever Ryan. When not keeping the pack buildings in order, he's often found planning, designing and giving pack members beautiful tattoos.Ryan is also the go-to if you have any issues regarding the behaviour of alphas within the pack. He will handle any disputes fairly, but swiftly.

Jessica Bond

Pack Omega

Although she's not fond of this being her title, Jessica is the Pack Omega for a reason. As one of those who suffered the most under our previous leadership, we felt she was most deserving of a voice when it comes to matters regarding the pack and how we move forward.
Although she's not often seen, she is always working hard to make sure the pack is a safe place and that omegas feel comfortable voicing any dissent.
